The Smartsens SCC80XS is the first domestically produced 200 million pixel CMOS image sensor for mobile phones. It adopts the 22nm Stack process and supports full focus high-definition shooting and high dynamic range video recording. It is designed specifically for flagship mobile phone imaging systems.
The Smartsens SCC80XS has a practical 200 million pixel, 0.61 μ m pixel size, 1/1.28 inch size, and a dynamic range of up to 85dB. It supports 4K 120fps high frame rate video and full focus 4K 60fps HDR video shooting in normal mode, and will be mass-produced in the first quarter of 2026.

Advanced SmartClarity based on Smartsens ®- SL Pro technology platform, SCC80XS adopts advanced 22nm Stack process technology and is equipped with Siwei PixGain HDR ®、 SFCPixel ®- SL and AllPix ADAF ® With multiple advantageous technologies, it has multiple performance advantages such as low noise, high color reproduction, high sensitivity, and low power consumption, and supports high frame rate and high dynamic range video recording. It can be applied to various types of cameras such as high-end flagship phones’ main and auxiliary cameras, helping to upgrade the imaging capabilities of flagship phones and create a new ultra high definition flagship image quality.
The Smartsens SCC80XS, as a 0.61 μ m pixel size CMOS image sensor for mobile applications, is based on the advanced SmartClarity technology from STMicroelectronics ®- SL Pro technology platform construction, innovative integration of patent SFC Pixel ®- SL technology has achieved a significant reduction in noise. In 200MP and 50MP modes, its read noise is only about 0.7e -, which is about 47% lower than products of the same specifications in the industry; In 12.5MP mode, its read noise is only about 1.2e -, which is about 28% lower than products of the same specifications in the industry. The excellent noise suppression performance of SCC80XS can significantly enhance the quality of night scene imaging, helping flagship smartphone cameras capture ultra clear night scenes with clear details and delicate images.
