The SC532HS launched by SITWEI is a mobile application image sensor with 50 million pixels. It adopts a 1/2-inch 0.8 μ m pixel size and advanced 55nm Stacked BSI technology, integrating multiple patented technologies to achieve excellent performance.
SC532HS is based on SITWEI SmartClarity ®- Built on SL technology platform, using 55nm Stacked BSI process technology, equipped with Siwei patented PixGain HDR ®、 SFCPixel ® And AllPix ADAF ® Equipped with multiple advantageous technologies, it has multiple performance advantages such as high resolution, high dynamic range, 100% full pixel focusing, and low noise. As a domestically produced Stacked BSI CMOS image sensor, SC532HS combines performance and cost advantages, and can be widely applied to mainstream smartphone main cameras and telephoto cameras, promoting the comprehensive popularization and application of high-performance Stacked BSI technology in China.
This sensor can achieve 100% full pixel focusing (in low light scenes) or 6% pixel phase detection (in strong light scenes), support 4K 30fps video recording and 12.5MP full-size video output, reducing SoC computing power requirements. Its optical size is 1/2 inch, pixel size is 0.8 μ m, sensitivity is 2547mV/lux · s, suitable for smartphone main camera and telephoto lens. At present, SC532HS has started sample delivery and plans to mass produce in the third quarter of 2025, marking a breakthrough in domestic high-end mobile phone image sensor technology.
