The Sony LYT 818 sensor size is a 1/1.28-inch product primarily designed for the primary and secondary cameras of smartphones, featuring low noise and HDR capabilities to achieve high-quality imaging. The Sony LYT 818 sensor has an effective pixel count of 50 million.

LYT-818 will belong to the LYTIA brand, which is a new product line launched by Sony specifically for mobile image sensors. LYT-818 is also Sony’s first image sensor to adopt the new HDR technology.
