Vivo T4 Ultra Launched in India, Featuring the IMX882 sensor

The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G (T4ULTRA5G) smartphone was released in 2025. It features a Mediatek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of internal storage. Upon opening the T4 Ultra 5G, users will find it pre-installed with Android OS v15.0. The 6.67-inch AMOLED display of the Vivo T4 Ultra 5G exhibits incredible contrast and remarkable blackness.

Featuring the IMX882 sensor

The biggest highlight of the Vivo T4 Ultra is its triple camera setup with a 50 MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS at the helm. Additionally, Vivo has thrown in a 50 MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom and 10x macro zoom. The third camera is an 8 MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture. For selfies, there is a 32 MP punch-hole selfie shooter with an f/2.4 aperture.

Talking about the display, there is a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz quad-curved AMOLED display that offers 100% DCI-P3 wide colour gamut coverage. This panel can reach up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness while playing HDR content.Under the hood, the Vivo T4 Ultra features the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, which can be paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Vivo has also integrated a 4362 mm² vapour chamber that to help maintain better thermals.
Additionally, a 5,500mAh lithium-ion battery fuels the device. As for charging speeds, the device can charge at up to 90W. Further, the brand claims that the bundled charger can top the smartphone off in 48 minutes.
